Servant Leadership - John Cunningham

Whilst discussing the notion of servant leadership I recalled an inspirational lecturer at our college - John Cunningham. As my tutor, I remember quite specific instances where he demonstrated a very positive influence in an empathetic way on an 'unruly mob' of 18 year old aspirant outdoor education teachers. His supreme confidence and connection served us well. Thirty years later the knowledge he imparted endures.

We lost several good friends at college - John was one.
